General information only
Everything published on TimeQuick — calculator results, explanatory articles, worked examples and frequently asked questions — is provided for general information and planning. It is written to help you understand a calculation, not to make a decision on your behalf.
We do not know your contract, your jurisdiction, your employer's policy or your medical history, and our calculators cannot take those into account. Where a figure carries consequences, treat it as a first estimate and confirm it against the document, rule or professional that governs your situation.
Not professional advice
TimeQuick does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, insurance or actuarial advice, and using the site does not create any professional relationship.
In particular: pregnancy calculators produce an estimated due date, not a clinical assessment; retirement and PTO calculators model common accrual rules, not your employer's or your country's specific scheme; AI cost, creator income and SaaS revenue calculators produce projections from the assumptions you enter, not guaranteed outcomes; and business-day tools do not deduct public holidays, which vary by country, region and employer.
Accuracy and its limits
We use real calendar arithmetic rather than flat 30-day months or 365-day years, so leap days, differing month lengths and daylight-saving transitions are handled properly. Week numbering follows ISO 8601 by default, with US and Middle East conventions offered where they are relevant.
Even so, calendars and pricing change. Public holidays are legislated locally, time zone rules are amended by governments, statutory retirement ages move, and third-party prices used in the AI and creator calculators are revised by their providers. A result can therefore be correct on the day it was built and out of date later. If a figure looks wrong for your country or use case, tell us and we will check it.
Third-party rates and pricing data
Cost and earnings calculators use published list prices, typical platform revenue shares and widely reported benchmark ranges as their defaults. These are starting points you are expected to override with your own figures. TimeQuick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the platforms or vendors named on the site, and we do not receive their data feeds.

Where we link to another website, we do so because we believe it is useful. We do not control that site's content, accuracy or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
Advertising
TimeQuick displays third-party advertising to keep every calculator free and free of registration. Adverts are served by external networks and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertised product or service. See the privacy policy for how advertising and analytics cookies are handled.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeQuick accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on any result, including missed deadlines, incorrect planning, financial loss or consequential damages. You use the calculators at your own discretion.
Reporting a problem
If a calculator returns a result you believe is incorrect, tell us what you entered and what you expected on the contact page. Corrections are prioritised over new features. See also our terms of use and privacy policy.
